Etherpad – Awesome group collaboration (for text)
I really, really, really hate Google Docs. It just plain doesn’t work for collaboration. Formatting is wacked, no real-time collaboration, and it’s all around annoying. Etherpad is a really cool alternative. It’s text-based only (though it highlights JavaScript syntax), and you can’t create accounts or anything. But it’s got real-time collaboration, which is all I really need.
