The vague Declaration of Internet Freedom

Rebecca Greenfield points out the main problem with the new declaration: it doesn’t really say anything specific.

The document’s brevity does indeed make it easier to read and understand. But we run into the same problems as we did with the government legislation. What does it really mean?
